Member Service Manager
Energetic Self-Starter to Help Us Grow
This is an very exciting and engaging position working with our members, senior IT executives with many of Americas largest and most interesting companies and governmental organizations to understand their challenges and coordinate with other members to deliver solutions. The focus is providing real value to increase usage of IMF services, develop programs and speakers for web discussions and face to face meetings.
Successful candidate must have competitive zeal to grow business and the desire to be part of a fast moving, dynamic company. Must be very proficient with Microsoft office products and have a BA/BS from a highly competitive college or university.
Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships.
Drive the relationship from account planning through execution ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Lead in both formulating strategy and executing tactical plans.
Position Specifics:
-Based in Roswell, GA., a suburb on the north side of Atlanta
