ITFM January Call

John Kennedy, Director of IT Finance at Cisco, is going to lead the January ITFM Call. He will discuss cross charging for IT services in terms of internal versus external and centralized versus allocation. The presentation looks at the different cross charge types, i.e. allocation, project funding, and cost recovery. Finally he'll touch on the policies and procedures involved, inluding the approval process.
ITFM Benchmark Call

This call will focus on the Voice-Data Network Benchmark study we are currently conducting for the ITFM group. All data should be collected and turned in by this call. If you have not turned in your data, please do so as soon as possible. Caleb Masland is going to lead the call. Any questions can be directed towards Caleb or Maggie Williams.
