We have added a new feature for IMF members that we call topics.
There are two benefits:
1) CONTENT LOOKUP: Members can view content specific to their interest with a single click from the sidebar on any page on the IMF Website
2) NOTIFICATION PREFERENCE: Members can select what specific content or topics they wish to be notified of.
As an IMF member, you can choose to participate in each of the Topic areas that are of interest for you.
Topics of Interest Include:
- Application Development
- Business Intelligence
- Enterprise Architecture
- IT Financial Management
- Infrastructure
- Innovation
- Information Security
- IT Workforce
- Outsourcing
- Project Management
- Senior Executive/CIO
IMF will notify members of all Events, Connects, and Reports that are relevant to the Topics that they have selected. As a member, you can update your Topic settings at any time by clicking on the "My Profile" link (you must be logged in).
Content Lookup:
To look up IMF content specific to a topic, simply select the drop down under topics in the sidebar.
Notification Preference:
To edit your profile (you must be logged in) simply go to "My Profile" from the side bar of any page and select those topics you are interested in then click the arrow to move them to the appropriate box. You may move topics out of the "Topics I am interested in" box as well by the same method.
