Our first ITFM meeting of 2012 will be held in Melbourne, FL at Harris Corporation's headquarters. Join us for some spirited discussion and excellent insight. 
 
 
Ted Hengst, Corporate Vice President and CIO at Harris Corporation, is going to give an Executive Overview presentation. He will discuss some of the organization's recent success stories, challenges along the way, and their future goals.
 
 
 
How to Budget for Security

Michael Higgins and Cindy Goodin from Harris are going to lead a presentation on budgeting for security. They will talk through some of the things Harris takes into account when creating their security budget. This will be an interactive session where attendees can discuss how they budget for IT Security in their own organizations as well as pose questions for the group.
 
 
What is the Best Infrastructure Funding Model
 - Christian Torres, Sr. Finance Manager, Microsoft 
 
There many kinds of IT infrastructure funding models available these days. They each have their positives and negatives but how do you know which one is right for your organization. Mr. Torres is going to discuss some of these models and help the group figure out if their IT department is headed in the right direction in regards to funding.
 
Network Benchmark Readout

Caleb will give the preliminary benchmark readout for the ITFM Network Benchmark study which is currently in progress.
 
 
 
Update: Portfolio Rationalization Efforts

At the Q4 Meeting Phil Folz from Chubb discussed some of the categorization and analysis techniques used to determine best return on an application portfolio and the identification/reduction of risks. At this meeting Phil is going to provide an update on those portfolio rationalization efforts at Chubb.
