Outsourcing and Development Forum
Tue Apr 22, 2008 - Wed Apr 23, 2008

How do you know what applications to fund? What are world-class organizations doing in development and sourcing? How do you measure the value of your outsourcing? Today’s integrated systems are growing more and more complex. Maximizing the value return from these integrated systems while minimizing the cost of modifying, testing and maintaining them is becoming more difficult. Organizations are trying to determine what their overall sourcing strategies should be and what strategic sourcing tools they should be using.

Join other IMF members to share experiences in dealing with these issues.
