IT financial management continues to be an area of concern for IT and business executives. For IT executives, the challenge is finding the right approach to manage the large and ever-changing porfolio of IT investments and to incent the right business decisions. CIOs and IT financial managers must also clearly communicate the IT investment to the CEO and other senior business executives to achieve business alignment.

At this working session, senior level IT and business executives explored these issues, shared experiences and discussed potential solutions to the challenges around managing the finances of IT.
