Mon Apr 28, 2003 - Tue Apr 29, 2003

The sluggish economy has increased pressure on companies to drive efficiency and performance to realize profit targets. This has resulted in part in increased expectations for both teams and individuals. In driving team and individual performance, IT organizations face a wide variety of challenges, including improving team dynamics, changing behaviors, handling teams composed of various cultures, functions and locations, and coping with quickly changing IT roles. At this meeting, HR leaders discussed how they help teams and individuals set performance objectives that are aligned with the business, how they help determine if those objectives are being met, and how they help them close performance gaps.
