I will discuss the difference between the “clone and cleanup later” approach vs the “greenfield” approach. Also, we would include our approach/philosophy re: change management vis-à-vis our core business systems and workplace technology (apps and collaboration tools).

Farhan was tasked with standing up all systems and personnel to accomplish the ambitious goals of this organization in a cost effective manner. He will share with the group, the benefits and challenges of accomplishing these tasks. He will focus on challenges,successes and the technologies he deployed.
